CrossFit Games Open 15.1 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9-Minute AMRAP of:

15 Toes To Bar

10 Deadlifts, 115# / 75#

5 Snatches, 115# / 75#
This exactly the open workout from 2015. A couple modifications I would consider:

1: Slightly decrease reps of toes to bar, this should be attainable it 1-2 sets, if not, then drop it to something that is.

2: Make sure your weight is light enough that you are able to execute quality singles in regards to the snatch. These should all be power snatches. If you are still struggling pulling from the floor, selelct a weight you may use from the hang (although this is a bit of a grip burner)

3: This is a PRIME time to work cycling deadlifts since the weight should be relatively light in regards to what you are capale of pulling. Make sure you are moving the hips properly, keeping the bar close, and not just dribbling the bar off the floor.
