All 3 EMOMS will be completed in order with a 5 Minute rest at the end. You will repeat this cycle two times. Record number of Reps completed for both rounds of EACH exercise in each of the corresponding boxes.

**Challenge yourself to maintain perfect position, FEEL YOUR HAMSTRINGS!! No need to rush these. Accumulate good reps.

8 x HSPU (RX+ 10 x HSPU)
**If you are not able to complete 8 HSPU complete as many as you can then transition to Push Ups in order to get to 8 reps per minute.
