This is a repeat from 4/2/18. Below are the exact directions I posted. Please do not feel the need to push weights much more then you did when we did it last.

“Round 1” = weight used in first 5:00 block

“Round 2” = weight used in second 5:00 block

“Round 3” = weight used in third 5:00 block

Treat this as skill work. Start with a weight that is practically a warm up weight. From there you will be better able to select appropriate weights for rounds 2 and 3.
