This is a partner WOD. You and your partner will both complete one round of each alternating between both for the 25 minutes. Ex: Tom and Brandon each complete a round of Row/FS/HSPU, then we move to Bike/WB/PullUps and each complete a round. Then we move back to Row/FS/HSPU…..

A round consists of each of you completing one of the sections.
