Many of us have done little to no running In recent months so with murph fast approaching and it being 80 degrees today….we need to get outside. Not looking for anything ridiculous, so don’t feel obligated to crush yourself here, but get used to seeing a day each week dedicated to getting the community prepared for Murph.
