This workout is ALL about TRANSITIONS. What I mean by this is essentially you will have 31 opportunites to rest throughtout this workout (everytime you switch to a new movement). Try to set a pace and not stop. Dont need to sprint, but try not to fall out of rhythm.

**Also im aware you have all endured a lot of burpees this week, survive today and you will have a break from them**
