Superset 15-20 reps of abdominal drill of choice in between your backdown sets:

Options:

– Weighted Sit-up (feet anchored)

– GHD sit-up (slow tempo)

– Russian Twist (15-20/side)

– Plank (1:00)

Post TOTAL time at the end of the 4th 400 m Run

This is a repeat from 5/24/18. Some of you wore a weight vest to prepare for murph. If you would like to repeat this, go for it.
