Bench Press (1 x 5)

Work up to a heavy 5-Rep

We will be using the barbell for this section today.

Also class will be split in half, while one half works on the bench press, the other half will work on:

4 Sets

DB Row x 8/Arm

Weighted Hip Thrust x 10


Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)


Min 1) Row x :40

Min 2) DB Bench x 8-10

Min 3) Run 200m

Min 4) Situps x 20

Min 5) Rest
Record number of calories on the rower each round
