This is a REPEAT from 1/12/18. Not looking to shatter iur previous best, just see if you can add an extra rep or two each round and hold on.

Please select a weight you can go unbroken with on thrusters each round. Strive for consistency, dont crush yourself on the first round.

**I would not do bar facing burpees for the entire minute on the first round……You have been warned….
