Following the buy in, 10 squats, 10 burpees, 9 squats, 9 burpees, 8, 8…..

Followed by the buy out.

Depending on class sizes we might need to run through some heats in this one. Males should use anything 40-50 range, and Females 25-35 range. This is pretty close to what you did in the open this year minus it was bar facing. All sets should be unbroken as far as the squats are

concerned.
