Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 5:00 for 6 rounds (30:00)

Alternating between:

1)

200 m Run (300m RX+)

12 x DB Thrusters

12 x Pullups

2)

200 m Run (300m RX+)

35 x Double Unders

20 x Situps
The RX+ option for today is encouraged for most. If you feel confident in your ability to keep your 300 time under 2:00/round, you will have more then enough time to complete all other work.

There is no “RX” weight for DB thrusters, although suggested is 35’s-40’s for the guys and 20’s-25’s for the ladies. Although most importantly is that you select weights that you can complete 12 unbroken thrusters each round.
