Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 7 a.m., 12:00 p.m.

Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Open Gym:

Sundays 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Barbell Club:

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:45 p.m. and on Sundays at 12:00 p.m.

Mobility/Speciality Workshops:

Certain Mondays at 7:30 p.m (announcements will be made as scheduled)
