Getting Started

The first way to get started is to come out for a free trial class!  We will do our best to make sure you have a great experience.  We anticipate that you will like it and realize that CrossFit will help you meet your fitness goals.  If you are new to CrossFit, and would like to join, you will be requiredto enroll in our Foundations program.  This program includes 4 one hour sessions with you and a coach, in which you will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit.  Your mobility will also be assessed so that we can get you moving safely to begin your CrossFit journey.  After you are done with Foundations, you will be converted to our unlimited monthly membership package, unless you prefer another package.  For more information about our pricing and packages, see our Pricing page under the Members tab.

Your 4 one-hour Foundations classes are to be scheduled with your assigned Foundations coach and the times are flexible to whatever works best for both you and your coach.
