STRENGTH

Clean and Jerk (1-1-1, heavy but not maximal)

This is a full squat clean, plus either a push jerk or split jerk.

CONDITIONING

“Grace” is typically performed as a ‘ground to overhead anyhow’ – a squat clean is not required.

RX: “Double Grace” (Time)

For time:

135lb/95lb clean and jerk, 60 reps
RX:

As written.

INTERMEDIATE:

125/85 or 115/75

SC: “Grace” (Time)

For time:

135lb/95lb clean and jerk, 30 reps
SCALED:

“Grace” instead of “Double Grace”

Weight scaled as needed.
