We will split the class during part A today (half will start with power clean and the other on bench press). We will have another opportunity next week in case you miss today, or just not feeling it.

Bench Press (1 x 2)

Work to a heavy double

Refer back to 10/20 (heavy 5-rep)

We will ne using both these lifts in upcoming weeks. Please record numbers!

Record total reps of abdominal work

You will have the option of either a situp variation or toes to bar today. Gotta push through the row to give yourself time to accumulate reps.
