Follow Structure:

Every 2:30 x 8 Rounds

Row x 12/10

Toes to Bar x 12 (Odd rounds)

Hang Power Snatch x 3 (Even Rounds)

Metcon (Weight)

4 Sets (1:30 rest between each set)

6 Dbl DB Hang Power Snatch

8 DB Front Rack Walking Lunge

10 DB Front Squats
Record weight used

(sum of DB weight)

Treat this as a complex, try to not let the DBs return to the ground until the last front squat is completed.
