No doubt everyone are going to be feeling all those deadlifts. Use today as a means of recovery for the lower body on the bike. Don’t need to push the pace, but stay consistent each round. Overhead work should be split equally and athletes should select a weight that they are able to cycle 5-10 reps per set. Most should be working around 70%.
