Record weight used and ANY modifications or details from what you did.

We will be working at the beginning of class on Mondays and Thursdays to familiarize (or re-familiarize) athletes with the snatch, with an emphasis on executing and receiving a full snatch. The bar should remain incredibly light (you will be adding across upcoming weeks), the snatch grip DL and ohs portions should be done extremely slow working on bar path and body position. This does not need to be completed as a complex but you should not be limited by weight.
