Front Squat (3 x 8-10)

Record sets + reps

Refer to 1/18, 1/21, and 1/25 for front squat work. Goal of today is to handle same weight, still focusing on tempo, but extending set by another rep or two.

After building to your set weight, we will perform one set every 2:30 for 3 total sets.
