Use the first part of class to work up to a heavy set of shoulder to overhead (push press or push jerk)

6 Push Jerk @80-85% Part A

12 Lateral Burpees/12 Pullups
Record time for each round

Alternate burpees/pullups between rounds, so you will only do 4 sets of each.
