Lots of barbell work this week so Cardio Thursday got moved to Wednesday. This one is pretty fun and great for our murph prep.

Please rember to properly roll out/cool down after these runs (especially for those non-runners like myself). We will list out some drills on the whiteboard for you to run through after the workout.
