(Either lunge variation or pistol squat variation)

**Strict Pullups x 6-10 between each set**
Been hammering the strict pullups lately, most of the time they have been in metcon pieces. Today focus on making them just a little bit harder (even if you have to break them up), since you are not on the clock.
