Last week we hit some accessory work with tempo push-ups (6 rounds of 10/6 reps) and V-ups. Would like everyone to approach with the same mentality, maintaining a controlled tempo on each set. Make this one more challenging by increasing range of motion on pushups as well as a heavier wall ball for some 😬
