Many of you have asked about some stretching/mobility work, today is your day.
Also for those who have had some nagging injuries, adressing movement quality is vital to make sure you do not continue to suffer from the same issue down the road.
Foe today, we will have an upper body and a lower body mobility circuit to work through. You will alternate each round, essentially hitting 2 rounds of upper and 2 rounds of lower.
Metcon (5 Rounds for calories)
Every 4:00 x 5 Rounds
Bike x 1:00
Barbell RDL x 8
Renegade Row x 8/Arm
Record calories each round
For those of you who are prioritizing open workouts, you may adjust this as needed. Although most should be able to put the pedal down on the bike and still be good to go for friday.
