Athlete 2:

400m Run
Record TOTAL time

You should be able to keep a relatively strong pace today.

1 Round = both athletes must complete the row AND run piece. So by the end each athlete should have accumulate 5 x 400m runs.

Both athletes may work at the same time, BUT athletes must wait until their partner is done to rotate.
