Make sure to begin your transition to the next station at about the :45-:50 second mark. Very litle rest in this one. Looking for moderate intensity, never dipping into the tank too hard. For most on the box jumps, I would recomend a step down after each rep instead of a jump down. Also practice with the DBs as well, havent seen this in a while so some may need to gran something lighter.
