Athlete 1: Row x Max Cals (70% effort)

Athlete 2: 5 Plate Bent Over Rows, 10 Ground to Overhead with plate, 15 Burpees to Plate (45/25)

*rotate every round completed with the plate
Post Total reps completed in EACH AMRAP.

(It’s going to be a huge number but it won’t let me do rounds+reps)
