Back Squat (1 x 2)
Record weight used
We will be working out of the rack for the back squat work today. It has been a long time since most of you have worked this movement, please avoid any fails today. It will benefit you over the next 6 weeks to make sure you are working with an appropriate weight.
Push Jerk (1 x 3)
Record weight used
Similar to the back squat, we will be using this weight, and percentages based off this weight for the next 6 weeks. Please make sure these are good clean reps. Also for those still very new or struggling with the jerk, you will be perfectly fine rolling with the push press for this cycle.
