Paused Front Squat (4 x 5 @50-60%)

Post weight used for each set.

Everyone should be controlling the descent and actively HOLDING the bottom postion for a 3 SECOND PAUSE, don’t sit/relax in the bottom. This is just a time to get as comfortable as possible with the front squat position. No need to stress over weight. We will beginning working on our full squat clean next week
