60 Double unders/jumping jacks

40 Stationary lunges (20/leg)

20 Burpee box jumps/step-ups

Every 6:00 – 400m run with buddy
Split up reps in whatever way works for you and your partner. Partners will work one at a time, except for on the run which should be done together.

Post total Rounds + Reps into Wodify. The run does not count toward your score.
