Carolyn Davisimage1

Coach

Leading an active and healthy lifestyle has always been important to Carolyn.  She was a competitive swimmer when she was younger and until a couple of years ago, spent years in a globo-gym doing boring, repetitive workouts.  In June 2014, Carolyn tried CrossFit just as CrossFit North Reston was opening, immediately signed up, became addicted and never looked back.  Carolyn loves the support of the CrossFit community, and being able to help others make and reach their own fitness goals.

David Davisdoc

Coach

David was a two sport athlete in High School, playing baseball and wrestling for a AAA district and regional championship team at a local high school. While in college, David spent time doing workouts in a traditional gym and played intramural sports. After graduating, he spent time as an assistant coach for his high school wrestling team. Although he enjoyed being able to help other athletes reach their goals, something was still missing from his own training. In 2014, David tried CrossFit and hasn’t stopped since. The variety of movements and programming have kept his workouts interesting and constantly challenging.
