Just a reminder this is based off of you 2 Rep

Set 1: x 8 @65%

Set 2: x 8 @70%

Set 3: x 8 @75%

Set 4: x 6 @80%

Going to allow a couple jumps on the power clean if you like, but you wont have a ton of time (odd rounds will be slightky faster with hspu), so only a coulple throughout of needed.
